8.8The staff was friendly, helpful and extremely generous. The pool was clean and food was amazing. On our first night, we were given a tour of the hotel, where we learned about its history and how they remain committed to ecotourism. Definitely recommend as it is close to Palma and Cala D'or
Check in was efficient and staff friendly and attentive. Room clean and spacious in a quiet area of the hotel. Restaurant excellent with very good food, outdoor pool area clean and tidy with plenty of available sunbeds.
