The staff is always happy and smiles on their face. They make you feel at home. Victor at the check in desk has been checking me in for 10 years now …. He does a great job and they are always helpful

Great location, close to the malecon and beach. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Housekeeping cleaned everyday which doesn't happen often anymore! Room door had dead bolt and chain for security. Loved that there was a fridge in the room! Would stay here again
No hot water for showers and the shower drain was very slow, ended up in ankle deep water at the end of the shower.
