7.2"Alok and Govind very good and helpful but the restaurant service was very bad."
Alok was very helpful and friendly. He was very kind and caring. He made our trip memorable and special. Thank you Alok But there was one big flaw in the whole visit , the food service special at the restaurant was very slow and the waiting time for the food was a lot approximately 1 hour. Govind the housekeeping staff was also very good. He was very active and made our trip comfortable.

Hi.. This is our all time favourite spot while in Pondy. Very friendly staff right from the reception to the housekeeping.. The manager at the restaurant was kind enough to customise dishes for the kid. Thank you Alok and Pavani for the smooth check in and out..
