9.2"The best hotel in Sorrento"
I don’t understand why this hotel is 4 star. Its location, staff, service, food, cleanliness, ambience is 5 star plus. We stayed for our 10th anniversary and we had our honeymoon here 10 years ago. It was special then and special again this trip. The staff are all smiling and cannot do enough for you, without exception This must be the best hotel in Sorrento ! We definitely won’t wait another 10 years before returning. Thank you Grand Hotel Riviera for lovely memories. Arriverderci x

The location is breathtaking, the staff professional and courteous. The atmosphere is relaxed yet polished. The bathing platform accesses safe sea bathing areas and has a beach bar. Cocktails on the terrace are a treat and the food is good. This is our second stay and we’ll be back. Faultless. Guests are a mix of families and couples. Nothing is too much for the team of staff. A rare treat of a place.
