9.0I had to stay at this property because of a medical emergency and could not fly for five days. Two of the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was OK and comfortable. Everyone on the staff was kind, professional, and courteous.
Access to the hotel was complicated due to construction in the area, which made getting to the property difficult. In addition, there was construction noise between 3:00 and 6:00 a.m., which affected my rest.
