It was the extras like a number of phone charges, so much space in rooms, how staff knew your name, excellent spa facilities, lovely breakfasts, even shopping bags to borrow, petals on bed and night shirts. Grass! Well manicured gardens, cleanliness and safety. Like decent locks on doors. Really professional yoga classes, full hour at no cost, not just a lipservice class. Proximity to town and monkeys. Large enough to have all services and not see heaps of guests around but small enough to feel special and valued.

Excellent hotel in a prime location in central Ubud. Exceptional lovely service from all staff. They made sure that all aspects of my stay along with the family is really enjoyable.

People 12 years old and over stay for Rp 900,000 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
