8.0アーユルヴェーダ医学を観光客向けとはいえ、長い歴史の中で、ちゃんと継承している場所です。しっかりした食事とヨーガと医師、セラピストの治療を受けることができます。最初のシロダーラなどは本当にからだが心地よくだるーくなるので、ちゃんとした治療には、最低二週間かかるというのも納得です。 ビジターはドイツ、スイス、日本人が多い。食事はビュッフェスタイルでとても美味しいですが、二週間の間すこし飽きることまもありました。 部屋や施設は特別きれいではないけど、全体としては、とても満足です。 バカンスというよりは、療養という意識で行くのに向いています。2,3日の人も多いけど、雰囲気程度しか分からないかも。 プールも広くて気持ちいいし、ハタヨガの先生も、セラピストもとても良かったです。またいつか行きたい。
Read more ↓敷地内には、モンキー、リス、猫、ダック、色とりどりの鳥、蝶、 オオトカゲが人間と共生しており、サルはバルコニーまで遊びに来ます。動物と共生していることを味わえるホテル。 部屋は若干古く、埃の被ったところもありました。シャワーの出は良くなかったです。しかし、アーユルベーダを本格的に受けたい方には満足できるでしょう。ドクターの数が多く、毎日コンサルがあります。施術の種類も多く、雰囲気も抜群です。レストランには、アーユルベーダで一番大事なランチだけドクターが立っていて、体質別に食べてはいけないものを教えてくれます。トラブルにも親身になって対応してくださり、レセプションを含めスタッフ全員が驚くほど優しい。 製薬会社の老舗とあって、バーブの薬がとても良く効きました。 ただ、日本人率は高い気がしました。
