8.4Location location location our balcony view of lake como was outstanding. Staff was outstanding. Breakfast was very good. The bathroom was very small my knees were under the sink to sit down. Tv did not work the whole time we were there they tried to fix it but only one channel. The staff more than makes up for any negatives. Parking is 600 yards away but secure
