Location was perfect. I was able to check in before 3pm. The room was clean and a great size. I was able to move around Palm Beach and downtown West Palm using the Circuit app which they wrote about on the welcome info sheet in the room. That saved me a bunch of money on Ubers. I will be back in a few weeks!

Dear guests, Please advise that the balcony is temporarily not accessible due to scaffolding and ongoing construction. There's an on going construction outside of the building and expect closure of the swimming pool. For each refund transaction we will be collecting a $49 admin fee or transaction fee. Free street parking is available for 1-2 hours between 8 AM and 6 PM. Overnight Parking: Parking in front of the building is free. From 6:00 PM until 8:00 AM. No time limit applies from 6 PM to 8 AM. Parking Placards: We also have parking placards available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you will be arriving by car, kindly let us know in advance so we can assist with the available options.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
