Überaus freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Meine Frau hat Zöliakie, das Hotel kennt sich bestens aus. Haben alles separat für sie zubereitet und sich rührend gekümmert. Sehr zu empfehlen für Menschen mit Zöliakie oder mit Gluten Unverträglichkeiten.
Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, proche aéroport, sur la mer, avec le bali collection à côté très sympa. Les piscines sont magnifiques. Il y a un petit marché dans l’hôtel et beaucoup de services. Personnel très serviable. Repas au restaurant du lobby très bon, même si service un peu lent. Lit très confortable!
Propreté des petites piscines (pour enfant) à revoir et il y avait des cheveux dans notre douche à notre arrivée.
