El personal es lo mejor. Muy atentos, muy amables y dan la mejor estancia. Muy cerca de la plaza de bacalar. Las camas son buenísimas y hacen un descanso fabuloso. Sin duda, todo recomendable.

Es un hotel boutique , con 10 años de antigÜedad...muy bien ubicado, a solo 3 cuadras de la plaza principal , el fuerte y la laguna, no tiene amenidades , pero para ser hotel boutique bien, aunque renovado ...el único detalle que había poca presión de agua para bañarse. La limpieza muy bien, la cama muy comoda. Tania la anfitriona muy agradable y atenta en todo momento.
