I have stayed 4 hotels and resorts in Lipe and I have to say this is my favorite. Location: right next to 7/11 and just 5 minutes walk to sunrise beach. It’s quite clean and I didn’t see a single insect during my stay here, which is really important to me. When I stayed at other hotels/resorts, they were tooooo ‘wild’ for me with all those big insects. The staff - receptionist was super sweet and also the owner was quite nice and helpful. They were literally helping me for everything - best service! I would definitely stay here again next time.

Getting to the resort: Please note that speedboat transfers to Sunrise Beach are only available during the low peak seasons from 16 May - 16 October. The rest of the year, from November - April, guests are to take the ferry to Pattaya Beach.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
