Otelin konumu güzeldi tramvaya çok kısa yürüme mesafesi otogarın 2 durak ötesinde diğer yerlerede erişimde sıkıntı yaşamadım ulaşım kolaydı. Oda içerisinde evde ihtiyaç duyulacak şeyler mevcuttu ve oda temiz kahvaltısı yeterliydi.
Otoparkı mevcut ama küçük doluyor, temiz, eşyalar modern, kahvaltı orta çeşitlilikte ama saat 10.00’da her şey bitmişti. Yahyakaptan çevresinde ulaşılabilir mekanlar mevcut.
