8.2Super friendly staff, well kept place. However, this is a family resort and although the rooms were super spacious, small old TV: every family that has kids know this is somehow important. Also, there are absolutelly no drawers! we have to use the iron board to put some of our stuff and it was a constant mess. I am aware of the low season, but no music in the pool? so that means poor entertainment, I guess low season guest are not important, no food around the pool either, just a buffet that you can't take food out of, and can't get in a bathing suit or wet.

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Important information
Up to two children from 3 to 12 years are charged 25% of the room stay per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. Please take note that we have a Municipality Tax of 1st guest: $35 MXN per room per night, 2nd guest $23.46 MXN per room per night, 3rd guest $17.60 MXN per room per night for all the bookings. This Tax will be paid directly at the property at the check in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
