Oda genişliği gayet iyiydi. Brickell merkeze yürüme mesafesindedir. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli idi. Amerikan kahvaltı yanında; tavuklu, patatesli ve de lavaşlı kahvaltı da mevcut. Lobide genelde çoğu zaman Kahve bulunuyor. Odada mikrodalga, buzdolabı ve bulaşık makinesi mevcut. Isıtma ve soğutma sistemi etkili şekilde kullanılabiliyor. Ayrıca tavan pervanesi de var .
Duş Başlığı sabit olduğu için saçınızı yıkamamak isterseniz, bone takmanız gerekiyor. Havuzu küçük ama Biz kullanmadığımız için önemsemedik.
