There is no front desk, you will be sent a email within 24 hours of arrival with your unique code that will work for the entrance and your room door during your stay. Guests are required to fill in an online check in. You must upload a photo ID and pay security deposit. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of $200 is required via online check in. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property (usually 3-5 business days for it to reflect on your account) There is no daily housekeeping. Although Towel changes/ soaps etc are always available. For longer stays house keeping is available every 3 nights on request only! If guests expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the hostel in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note guest cannot stay longer than 14 nights within 90 days period. Please note parking availability is limited. Please note children under the age of 13 cannot be accommodated in a dormitory room. Children over 13 years of age must have their own bed. A nonrefundable deposit in the amount of the first night's rate will be charged on the credit card provided with your reservation 6 days prior to arrival.
