7.0Handtücher wurden nicht jeden Tag getauscht. Angestellte der Rezeption war was überfordert. Das Essen war sehr gut. Und das Service Personal sehr freundlichen und steht’s bemüht.

An extremely unpleasant experience with bad service and ridixioulus handling from the front desk at arrival. Embarrasing letting us wait 45 minutes to get the room. Just give us the key and we sort it out in the morning. Talk about low customer service for a room at 300 euros a night
