I'm currently staying here with family and can't fault this hotel, the staff are extremely helpful and can't do enough for you. We had an issue with the room configuration, but this was the fault of Jet2, I approached management on the reception desk and they sorted it immediately by allocating me another room that was far beyond my expectations. I don't know any names in particular, but the reception team is amazing. Food is excellent, and the drinks are some of the best we've had at AI hotels. The cocktails bar is brilliant and worth a visit.

Staying second time in this hotel. We love the style of this hotel, nice cozy hotel. Super friendly stuff Guest relation is very helpful and resolves all questions right away. The guy who was cleaning our room was super nice and helpful.
