This hotel in Batticaloa was a very pleasant surprise. The room was perfect for our family of 5: we had a villa for 4 with a sofa bed, and there was ample space. The shower was great and there was a water boiler with tea and coffee in the room. Reception and service were extremely kind and helpful. I can only recommend this place. Wish we could have stayed longer.
