Sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Tolle geräumige Zimmer im HIP Resort. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Rezeption im HIP Resort fast nie besetzt ist, es läuft alles über die Rezeption vom ThaiLife Hotel, was aber überhaupt kein Problem ist. Über eine WhatsApp Gruppe kann man alles organisieren und fragen. Das Frühstück war klasse, das beste, was wir auf unserer Thailandreise hatten.
Die Betten sind ungewöhnlich hart, auf Nachfrage wurde das Bett mittels weicheren Decken ausgelegt.

Amazing location, beach was exceptional, breakfast was great. Kao Lak is a really fun place with loads to see and do. It seemed the Hip resort wasn't being managed fully as it was part of another resort (where we had breakfast) so it was sometimes slightly tricky to get responses to our requests. Bed was very very hard in the room so after 5 nights it was enough. Also got washing done by the resort and it was insanely expensive, priced per item like a hotel. Cost about £40 to get a few kilos of washing done!
