9.2"Very comfortable stay"
The pool, the large shower with 2 heads, the pillows and the bed were very comfortable. It was also a nice touch to receive bottles of water, some cookies and some Pastéis de Belém as a treat.

Gostei de tudo, quartos espaçosos e super confortáveis, funcionários super simpáticos. Fomos ao Nos Alive e à saída deram-nos água e bolachas para o caminho.
O pequeno almoço é um Pouco fraco.

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 30 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 4 years old to 12 years old stay for € 35 per person per night when using an available extra bed. People 13 years old and over stay for € 70 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please note that children under 16 years old cannot access the Spa area including the indoor pool. Guests with pets must complete and sign the pet admission form and pay a fee of €25 per night /per pet and a caution of €100 per stay. Only cats or dogs, with until 10kg, are allowed. We can accommodate a maximum of 1 pet per Room/Suite, and it will only be accepted in our "Club rooms and Princess Suite".Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
