9.6I was blown away by how nice Table Rock Resort was when we arrived. We stayed in a riverside room and it was much nicer than I imagined based on the pictures online. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They went above and beyond to help us with an issue we had with our rental car. The location is aout 15 minutes from downtown San Ignacio but feels very remote. We heard Howler monkeys on most nights and got to see a lot of hummingbirds and a toucan while eating breakfast. I highly recommend staying here.
Read more ↓If you are looking for a jungle experience, you’ve found the right hotel. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is exceptional! They know you by name and go out of their way to cater to you. There are several onsite activities included such as river tubing, hiking, and feeding the farm animals on site. This lodge was better than we expected. We highly recommend. There is no AC but there is a ceiling fan and it cools down the room.
