"Great location!"
The room is big and super clean. It’s part of a villa, and you’re free to use all the shared spaces, which is really nice. I personally loved the cozy, homey vibe—way better than staying in a hotel. The location is awesome too, with lots of greenery, great restaurants, and walkable streets all around.
The room could use a bit more lighting! But apart from that- perfect place!

Centrally located to all what Colombo offers. Good size rooms with A/C, ceiling fan and a private bathroom. Large living room and garden to enjoy. Sam the caretaker was always around to assist and answer questions. Safe neighborhood.
Everything worked but a few extras could make the place more comfortable. An extra table for the luggage, universal plug in each room etc.
