The agent that I spoke with was very apologetic and very professional and courteous. Overall my stay was excellent. Read more ↓Stayed on Nov 20th because we landed in Kingston and did not want to drive to Mandeville, Flight delayed and we landed at 2am. The host was so patient and very helpful we booked with him again for 2 nights before catching the flight out of Kingston. We enjoyed the apartment and the service Sheldon provide.
