8.6"Wonderful stay"
The hotel is in a fantastic location, within the historic centre of George Town. The rooms are clean, spacious and nicely decorated with good facilities. Breakfast is freshly prepared to order and the staff are delightful. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, recommending places to visit and helping the teenager in our group to enjoy the local food by talking her through the menu and presenting alternative options.

Children and extra bed policy
Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 6 years old and over stay for MYR 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed. You haven't added any cots. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
Important information
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.
