"Termal bekletimizin karşılığını aldık."

Termal kültürü olan bir aileyiz. Personel son derece güleryüzlü ve pozitif. Otel donanımında yıpranmışlık yok. Odada termal su ve küvet bir ayrıcalık. Su analizi ile ilgili bilgi dokümanı istemiştim. Gönderildi. Termal beklentimiz için doğru tercih olduğu kanaatindeyim. Ayrıca otel bölgesi de canlı, doğası güzel bir bölge. Bölge ile bütünleşmiş bir otel. Teşekkürler Black Bird ailesi.

Otel süper. Hizmet de çok üstün. Memnun kaldım demek sanki yetersiz geliyor. Bir daha kismet olur da Yalova'da termal ötelere gidersem, Black Bird otel den başka bir yer düşünmem. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
