9.2"Great Experience because of Service"
The Shore Club is a beautiful property with gorgeous turquoise water. There was a bit of seaweed during our stay, but the beach was still beautiful. What truly made our stay exceptional was our butler, Mark Sanchez. He was absolutely amazing—attentive, thoughtful, and always made sure everything was perfectly taken care of. Our experience truly would not have been the same without him! Special thanks as well to Mikenson from housekeeping and Geraldine, our room attendant, for their wonderful service. Thank you for making our stay so special!

The staff was incredible. Everyone - from the front desk, concierge, the restaurant staff. Everyone was exceptional and so helpful. The staff really made this trip special. It was so clean and well kept.
