I would like to start out saying Victoria, you were absolutely amazing… and Gladys went above and beyond for us on our vacation. We had a really bad experience at a prior hotel. We came there and they just absolutely made the rest of our time in Miami Amazing. We appreciate you both so much thank you, The Stone family.
