9.2Beautiful old Florida beachfront community. Tennis courts shuffleboard courts basketball court and grilling area were beautiful. I can't mention the grilling area enough, everything you needed was right there and they would even clean the utensils for you in the grills. The only drawback is the The unit was a little bit dated in terms of the bathrooms and kitchen areas, but otherwise very clean spacious and nice. I would definitely go again.
