My stay with my family was amazing , from room service and the woman who clean my room , she always create surprises for me and my family. We were welcome like family , I love the fact that there are more workers on the resort that speak English. I was able to celebrate my father 70th bday , with special treatment from the manager at the buffet. Overall my stay was amazing and would definitely recommend.

We had a few issues with the Fantasia room we initially started with. However, we spoke with our guy Gavilin to discuss our options. He was able to locate us a room in Esmeralda for a small upgrade charge. Once we were situated in our new Esmeralda room, our family vacation was perfect. We enjoyed all of the Esmeralda staff and our spa sessions were incredible.
