8.5Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ballı kaymaklı açık büfe kahvaltı çok başarılı. Özellikle self servis alınan kahve ekşi ve bayat değildi. Tazeydi. Ayrıca her ihtiyacımız çok hızlı bir şekilde karşılandı. Otel çalışanları çok özverili, çalışkan, güleryüzlü ve nazik. Oda temizliği, havlu, bornoz, yatak, çarşaf vs gayet iyi. Anne olarak puanım yüz. Çok teşekkürler harika bir tatil geçirdik.

Uludağ kayak tatili için iki günlüğüne bu otelde konakladık. Çekirge bölgesinde ve dağa yakın oluşu önemliydi bizim için. Termal havuzu ve global bir zincire ait olduğundan deprem ve yangın gibi konularda gerekli önlemleri almış oldukları düşüncesi de tercih etmemizdeki diğer nedenlerdi. Genel olarak her şeyden memnun kaldık. Spa bölgesi biraz daha zevkli tasarlanabilir veya elden geçirilebilir. Ama ödediğimize kesinlikle değdi.
