El personal es muy atento y cálido, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacerlo sentir lo más cómodo posible. El desayuno es muy rico, y para los gustos de todos. Las habitaciones tienen un diseño y arquitectura muy bonita, con muchos detalles especiales. En general el hotel está impecable, las áreas verdes, la estructura y las instalaciones mantenidas al detalle como un hotel de lujo.

El hotel cuenta con unos espacios muy agradables y muy bien pensados. La atención de Ximena y todo su equipo fue fantástica. Demasiado serviciales y atentos. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias, y se logra descansar muy bien.
