9.8The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were very comfortable, although we needed 3-4 futons to make it soft enough. All in all a very pleasant experience.
Stayed one night with my family of 3. We loved the property and the experience. My only minor issue is that there was on off-odor from the AC. We would stay again when coming back to Kyoto.
