9.6"Amazing"
Staff is amazing, you feel everyone is happy to be there. Welcome drinks were amazing and check in well thought through with no standing and waiting; room is great; very eco friendly hotel , amazing views on volcano or sea; lemon trees everywhere; restaurant food and service impeccable ; the only thing we would say is breakfast needs a bit more variety like fruit, veg, potatoes, sausages, oranges, olives etc; plenty of fresh cakes which are delicious
Read more ↓The staff were lovely and the room was very nice; we loved the heated floors in the bathroom and the towels and linen were excellent. It maybe a bit of a stretch to call this a resort when the pool is not heated (and therefore not useable in February). The breakfast was exceptional.
