For any changes to the reservation, guests are required to inform the property at least 7 working days prior to check-in. According to the requirements under Vietnamese law, clients must present their Identification Papers/ Passport and Birth Certificate (for children) of each passenger in the group at check-in. In the absence of birth certificates for children, Guests and Tour Operator agree that children’s ages will be converted from their heights, specifically: For child under 39 in, his/her converted age is under 4 years For child under 55 in, his/her converted age is between 4 and 12 years For child 55 in or taller, his/her converted age is above 12 years Guests are responsible for checking the room furnishing and facilities, foods or drinks in mini-bar upon check-in and check-out as per regulations of the resort. Full-board meals will begin with dinner on the day of check-in, and end with lunch on the day of check-out. Should you wish to have lunch on your arrival date instead of departure date, please inform the property at least 5 days in advance. This meal-change option is only available for arrival before 13:00 and departure before 12:00. Changing meal options on arrival day is not possible.
