8.8We stayed one night at this hotel and had such a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. One of the highlights was being offered beautiful kimono dresses to wear for photos—such a thoughtful and fun touch! The atmosphere was peaceful and elegant, and we would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is super comfortable. The rooms are big and spacious. Service ladies are nice and accommodating. They do speak onlh little English. Beds are clean and have all the amenties. Breakfast is a choice between western or local thai. Great and tasty. Hotel is just beside The Chocolate Factory. 7-11 is just beside. Great convenience if you need to buy water and snacks. There is no English channels in the tv. So i didnt watch TV for my 3 nights stay.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for THB 500 per person per night when using an existing bed. Children from 12 years old to 17 years old stay for THB 1,000 per person per night when using an existing bed. Adults stay for THB 1,500 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Zen Villa Khao Yai in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property requires prepayment via bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the payment instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received.
