El personal de recepción te hace sentir como en tu casa, muy amables, acogedores, derrochan simpatía y te ayudan en lo que puedas necesitar o requerir, destacando a Hicham que era un encanto de persona. Igualmente puedo decir del personal de comedor, muy atentos, serviciales y simpáticos. La situación es perfecta: todo queda cerca y en dos minutos llegabas al ensanche y en nada estabas en la plaza Feddan, la Medina o Bab Tour.

El personal de hotel me trató estupendamente, fueron siempre muy cordiales y amables , la situación del hotel de diez también y su aparcamiento, los desayunos fueron exquisitos.
