This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted outside and cigaret butts should be disposed of properly and not thrown on the ground. Violation of the nonsmoking policy will result in a charge of USD $250. Using pools and it’s surroundings is at your own risk, children should not be left unattended. Pets are not allowed. Automatic eviction and forfeit of deposit and rent if violated. No parties are allowed. The accommodations is only for the use of the number of people authorized in the registration form. In case of additional guests, it must be notified. No fireworks. Any evidence of fireworks may result in immediate eviction with no refund. All trash must be placed in the dumpster which is located in the front of the property in the designated area. The tenant and his guests must not disturb, annoy, endanger or create any inconvenience to neighbors, nor to the facilities for any purpose. Property is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings, or for injuries sustained by guests during their stay. •CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: a. Check out no later than 11 am. b. All furniture should be returned to its original location. c. Empty all trash in garbage dumpster. d. Remove and dispose of all food items from refrigerator and pantry/cabinets. e. Place dishes, utensils, etc. in dishwasher and turn it on when you depart. f. Remove sheets and all dirty towels and place in laundry area. g. Return the complete set of key(s). If you require a late departure let us know ahead of time to check availability. Late departure without notice incurs a fee of USD $15 per hour after 11 AM and will not delay more than 1 PM.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
