Terms and Conditions: Policy Regarding Parties and Events 1. Purpose and Scope To guarantee the safety, tranquility, and proper preservation of the facilities, El Rosal del Pozo, S.L.L. enforces a strict policy regarding social gatherings. The hosting of parties, bachelor/bachelorette celebrations, large gatherings, festive meetings, or any other unauthorized events—both inside and outside the premises—is strictly prohibited without express written authorization from the management. 2. Restrictions on Equipment The installation, connection, or utilization of professional or high-capacity event equipment is strictly forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to: professional sound systems, high-power speakers, mixing consoles, lighting rigs, spotlights, stages, and power generators. Any exception requires prior written consent from the property management. 3. Compliance, Property Access, and Contract Termination El Rosal del Pozo, S.L.L. reserves the right to access the property at any time to verify compliance with these regulations. Should management detect the execution of any unauthorized activities or the presence of unapproved equipment, the accommodation agreement will be terminated immediately. Under such circumstances, all occupants will be legally required to vacate the premises immediately, forfeiting any right to a refund of the amounts paid for the reservation. 4. Financial Liability and Security Deposit In the event of a breach of this policy, the establishment reserves the right to withhold all or part of the security deposit to cover immediate damages. Furthermore, El Rosal del Pozo, S.L.L. reserves the right to pursue additional legal and financial claims to fully cover any property damage, extraordinary cleaning fees, disturbances caused to third parties, or any other expenditures resulting from the non-compliance with this clause.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
