The name on the credit card used for booking must match the name of the staying guest. Guests are required to present a valid ID/passport and the physical credit card at check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. The property does not accommodate bachelor/bachelorette or similar parties. Guests under 18 years old must check in with a parent or legal guardian. A refundable damage deposit of VND 1,000,000 per room per night is required upon arrival (cash only). The deposit will be refunded in full in cash at check-out, subject to property inspection. Please note that a free shuttle bus to Dong Khoi Street, Nguyen Hue Walking Street and Ben Thanh Market runs hourly from 08:00- 16:00 at the sister hotel next door. Service is subject to availability and traffic.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
