Palmyra Luxury Beach Condo

The actual condo had a beautiful ocean front view and was very roomy but the Air Conditioner was broken and did not get fixed until our 4th day there.The TV/cable did not work in any of the rooms and this was not fixed until the 4th day of our stay as well. The light switches were broken in the master room so the lights did not come on and that was never fixed while we were there. The owner never reached out to apologize for this or the fact that they did not have us listed as having a reservation at check in, we had to wait almost 4 hours for this to get worked out and we were extremely stressed that we were going to have find other accommodations. Its unfortunate b/c this unit is part of the JewelGrande which is a fabulous all inclusive resort.
