8.2This is an absolutely beautiful place with breathtaking views all over. The staff es very attentive and polite, they go above and beyond to make feel welcome and comfortable. The food and drinks are good. The room is amazing, super big and comfortable. We reserved a private room at the SunSet restaurant for my birthday and it was awesome! Delicious food and the staff it’s just great. This is by far one of the best stays we’ve had. A great experience and we will definitely come back. Thank you Planet Hollywood for making our time so special.
Read more ↓This resort was nice! VIP treatment as soon as you walk in. Even more vip treatment if you book through Expedia! Very clean, very modern and updated. Beds are very comfortable. Shower is its own room with a bench! The buffet area had tons to choose from and the restaurants were great too, but you have to book early. The only down side was waiting for a shuttle to get to the pool and lobby, and if you order room service make sure your food is fully cooked! I would definitely stay again!
