10.0Incredibly beautiful hotel with the nicest and most welcoming staff and owner. Since the booking was made they got involved in the trip organisation offering services for pick up from the airport and booking of balloon rides for very competitive prices. The hotel is well located in the beginning of Urgup, close to some of the most interesting spots in Cappadocia (Goreme Open Air Museum, etc.), the rooms are all inside old caves, brilliantly furnished. Good breakfast too.

부모님과 남편 아이들과 함께 간 여행이였는데 제 인생에 묶었던 호텔중에 최고였습니다. 화장실에 비누도 프랑스 마르세유제품이였고 가구등 침구류등 아무튼 작은 것 하나하나에 신경쓰고 애쓰신게 보이는 호텔이였어요. 너무 이쁜 객실에 깨끗함도 최고였고 그리고 객실내 미니바에 음료와 맥주가 너무 싸서 왜 이렇게 싸냐고 했더니 비싸면 손님들이 안먹으니 그냥 싸게 내놓는다고 하신 말에 너무 놀랐습니다. 오히려 돈도 다 안받으셨구요. 돈을 주고 이용하면서 미안한 마음이 들긴 처음이였습니다. 주인할아버지와 손녀딸 같았는데 너무너무 친절하셨구요. 그리고 무료세탁할 수 있는 세탁기가 무려 4개나 있어서 이것 또한 놀랬습니다. 정말 또 가고싶은 호텔이였어요. 더 묵고싶었어요.
