While we encountered a few hiccups and issues, the recovery of the staff more than made up for it. From our incredibly attentive butler (Jose) to the amazing pool attendants (Ladis and Julie) to the spa attendant ( Santiago) and the incredible restaurant staff (Raul) at El Gaucho and Tentazione, we had everything covered for us before we even knew we needed it. We’ve been to many resorts in Cancun, and this one is one that I can honestly say is return to. Highly recommend!!

Had the best experience at TRS Coral. Freddy our butler was absolutely amazing! My husband had water in his ear and needed medicine, Freddy took care of it on his day off and had the medicine delivered to our room. We felt so spoiled. A special shout out to our favorite Bar Tender, Daniel and managers
