Chaya and her team are superb customer service experts! EVERYONE made certain we had everything we needed and even some things we didn't know we needed! They took care of everything from start to finish. Communication was super clear and detailed. The adults only property was super chill, quiet and relaxed. Loved every minute of our stay.
It's a little far from Saladan, but taxis are easily arranged by the front desk and quite affordable. The trade off for peace and quiet is worth it.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beachfront hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and beautiful views. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our stay especially pleasant. We would gladly return in the future.
