9.2What I liked most was the free shuttle service, the complimentary bottled water (with generous-sized bottles), and the very comfortable bed with three pillows. Even though breakfast was not included in my booking, I really appreciated that the hotel provided complimentary coffee, snacks, and instant noodles. These thoughtful touches made my stay even more enjoyable and comfortable.
Would it be better to provide a free charger adapter instead of requiring customers to purchase one.

Pleasant staff. Really nice room with all the amenities. Cool 2nd floor lounge and place to eat. Also shuttle service to spots in the area was convenient.
Not much, but our second stay room was much nicer than the first time we stayed.
