Il residence ha una posizione comodissima per quanto riguarda la spiaggia (una delle più belle di Villasimius (Timiama - portp Giunco), A pochi km ci sono ristoranti, pizzerie e nel centro del paese poi tutto a disposizione. E' molto bello il giardino con ulivi e oleandri su cui si affacciano le unità abitative. Molto tranquillo e tenuto con amorevole cura. Andrea e Barbara gentilissimi, premurosi ed attenti a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza.
