It was our first time to go to Mexico and really enjoyed our all inclusive trip. The service and food was excellent, my wife was vegetarian thus we requested for special vegetarian meals which was very well taken care of, I would like to specifically thank Mr Ernesto (relationship manager) who went out of his way to accommodate our meal requests and make our stay very comfortable.

We stayed at the Hacienda, it was five star experience, our concierge Ernesto Perez was the main man who took great care of us and made us feel very special. We highly recommend this place and encourage you to visit it very soon. The restaurants were amazing, the pools were great, and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Five stars all the way around.
