The moment you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by a completely different world and a magnificent ambiance. It was a perfect experience in every way. Thank you. The hotel is lovely rooms are luxurious the alcarte restaurant quality ot food was good but the portion size was just to big for fine dinning where this hotel is let down is the lack of service you have to go for everything yourself having been to the liberty signa there's no comparison also while we were there they advised Live entertainment in the Tokyo bar every night while we were there we only saw one singer and two girls on violin's don't.get me wrong this is a lovely hotel with lovely staff I just think it needs a few tweaks to make it a true 5 star
