9.0When we visit Bacalar again we will definitely stay here again. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. Beautiful rooftop terrace with hammocks and loungers to look out over the blue water. Breakfast was very good as well. We would highly recommend this hotel.
